Build the kit around the person receiving it

Choose a few items that make sense for the role instead of filling a box with unrelated products. An office starter set and an apparel-focused field-team welcome may need different contents. Record which items are essential and which can be compared as alternatives.

Separate the products from the packing plan

Do you need branded items supplied together, individually packed sets, an insert card or shipments to separate addresses? Describe the requirement before quoting. Kit assembly, packaging, storage and ongoing individual fulfilment are not assumed to be included.

Employee Welcome Kits questions

Can we order a different kit for each role?

Describe the contents and quantities for each version. Different items, artwork and packing instructions can affect minimums, cost and timing.

Will you assemble and ship individual kits?

Include exactly what you need in the request. Assembly, packaging and individual delivery must be reviewed and confirmed; they are not automatic inclusions.

Can we reorder a few kits for new hires?

Send the previous product codes and order reference with the new quantity. Stock, minimums and pricing must be checked for each new order.

Can we add personal names?

Specify the item, names and placement. Personalization availability, artwork requirements and costs are confirmed for the selected product.

How do we stay within a budget?

State whether the budget includes decoration, packaging, taxes and shipping. Prioritize essential items so alternatives can be compared without changing the purpose of the kit.
