   Choose your products & send the details

   Browse our products and customize a compatible item in the online designer, or request a quote for your project. Send the product style, colours, quantities, size breakdown, artwork, decoration positions and required arrival date. We’ll recommend screen printing, embroidery, DTF or promotional products to suit your order.

2. 02

   Approve your proof & pricing

   Review the digital proof and final quote before production. Check spelling, colours, print dimensions, placement, garment styles and sizes carefully. Payment is due after proof approval and before production unless approved account terms apply. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Interac e-Transfer, business cheques and in-studio cash.

3. 03

   We get to work

   Allow about 10 business days after proof approval for printed and embroidered apparel. Promotional products generally take 3–4 weeks. Your quote confirms the schedule for your project; shipping time is separate. Have a tight deadline? Contact us first—rush production may be available for an additional charge when our schedule allows.

4. 04

   Collect your order or have it shipped

   We’ll let you know when your order is ready and email tracking details when it ships. Canadian orders of $300 or more before tax qualify for free shipping; smaller orders ship from $19.95. Local pickup is available at 2345 Douglas Road, Burnaby, BC V5C 5A9, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm Pacific Time. Please confirm your order is ready before visiting.

5. 05

   Need a reorder?

   Email us with your previous order number, quantities, sizes and any changes. We’ll check product availability, confirm current pricing and agree on a new production schedule before proceeding.
