Choose a design guests will want to wear beyond the event. Separate confirmed recipients from quantities for giveaways or merchandise sales.
Consider a coordinated garment for speakers, sponsors or collaborators. Confirm logo permissions and keep each group’s allocation visible in the order brief.
Start with a few useful items from our best-selling garment categories. Review available colours, fit and decoration suitability before finalizing the selection. The “Your Design Here” images are placement examples, not finished event orders.

Consider the American Apparel 2001 for an attendee tee or casual event uniform. Collect recipient sizes where possible and review the design on the chosen shirt colour.

Work through recipient groups, garment choices, artwork approvals and venue delivery before placing the order. Our guide helps you turn the event idea into a clear brief.
Read the event planning checklist →Garment sourcing, proof approval, production and transit all affect the schedule. Rush availability needs confirmation for the specific order.
Use the selected garment’s size chart for named recipients. For giveaways or merchandise sales, base the size mix on audience information or past event data rather than a universal ratio.
Keep any contingency stock visible in the brief and consider what happens to leftover dated merchandise. A smaller number of focused products can be easier to distribute and track than a broad collection.
Ink, thread and different garment fabrics do not always reproduce colour identically. Supply brand references, then review each product and decoration placement on its own proof.
Check how sponsor marks and small text look at the final design size. Multiple reviewers should agree on one final version before production approval.
Read the brand colour matching guide →Tell us whether you prefer pickup in Burnaby or delivery to a confirmed destination. Arrange pickup at 2345 Douglas Road after receiving confirmation that your order is ready.
For venue delivery, check the receiving arrangements before giving us the address. If you need individual packing, kits or split deliveries, include those requests so we can confirm whether they can be accommodated and quote them separately.
View shipping & pickup information →Yes. Send each design version with its garment, colour, placement and quantity. We will review the decoration and setup implications for the complete order.
Include the selected products and quantities in one enquiry. Sourcing, decoration and fulfilment are reviewed item by item; do not assume every product has the same minimum or production schedule.
Enquire as soon as the event requirements are known. Give us the date the finished goods must be in hand. We will confirm a schedule after reviewing stock, artwork, quantities and delivery.
Include the event purpose, recipient groups, product choices, quantities by size, artwork, budget priorities, approval contact and receiving deadline.
Describe the contents, packing requirements and distribution plan in your enquiry. Packing or kitting is a separate request that must be confirmed; it is not included automatically.
Share your event brief, product ideas, artwork and in-hand date. We’ll help you work through the options.
