Separate crew clothing from protective equipment

Start with the clothing your team is permitted to wear for each task. Tell us if an order also needs high-visibility garments or other specific requirements, so those products can be reviewed separately. The featured tees, caps and crewnecks are everyday apparel; they do not carry a protective or weatherproofing claim.

Plan a season, not just a size run

Create a staff list by crew and role. Allocate the regular garments first, then list spares and anticipated new-starter quantities separately. Keep the chosen styles, colours and artwork together to make the next enquiry easier, while allowing for changes in product availability.

Planning guide

Keep the business name visible

Use a simple front logo for a consistent team identity, then consider a larger business name on the back. Check whether contact information is readable at the proposed size instead of squeezing a full advertising panel into a small chest placement.

What to include in your enquiry

  1. Describe the crew roles and where the apparel will be worn.
  2. List each garment, colour and size, including separate spare quantities.
  3. Send your logo and proposed front, back or sleeve placements.
  4. Flag worksite clothing requirements and any separate specialist product request.
  5. Share the required in-hand date and approve the full quote and artwork proof.

Minimums, setup costs, pricing and production timing depend on the selected products and decoration. Review the complete quote and artwork proof before approving your order.

Your questions, answered

Can you include high-visibility clothing?

Tell us the specific garment and worksite requirements you need. We will review suitable product options separately; the everyday items shown here are not presented as high-visibility or protective equipment.

Can crew leaders wear a different style?

Include a role-by-role garment and colour plan with your size list. Product availability, decoration and quantities are reviewed together before the order is approved.

What should we keep for seasonal reorders?

Retain the product names, colours, logo files, placement dimensions and staff allocation. Each later order is confirmed against current stock, pricing and production timing.
