Festival
Merchandise

Plan festival T-shirts, boxy tees, hats, totes, crewnecks and hoodies for your merchandise table, crew and volunteers.

Treat resale stock and staff apparel as separate parts of the project. Set a focused product range, check every artwork version and allow time to count and distribute the finished order before gates open.

Give each item a purpose

Separate items you plan to sell from complimentary giveaways and crew supplies. Share the audience, quantity and budget for each group so we can help narrow the options.

Plan artwork and delivery together

Send your festival logo, any approved sponsor artwork, catalogue item names or numbers, quantities and required in-hand date. Minimums, setup costs, decoration options and production times vary by product and are confirmed in your quote.

Category buttons open our external promotional product catalogue in a new tab.

Separate retail, crew and volunteer quantities

Give each group its own garment and colour list. Crew identification needs differ from merchandise for sale. Keep distribution quantities separate from resale stock and identify any role-specific artwork before the quote is prepared.

Create a merchandise version of the poster

Lineups, dates and sponsor credits can become hard to read when reduced. Confirm which elements must appear on each product, check all spellings and obtain permission to use the supplied marks. Approve each artwork version at its intended placement and size.

Planning guide

Work backwards from load-in

Use the date you need goods for counting and sorting, not just the public event date. Share any fixed receiving window or delivery instructions with your enquiry.

What to include in your request

  1. Give the festival dates and the earlier receiving or load-in deadline.
  2. Separate retail, crew and volunteer quantities by style and size.
  3. Send final artwork with checked lineup, date and sponsor details.
  4. Specify each decoration location and any colour or design variation.
  5. Identify the approval contact and receiving destination or pickup plan.

Review the complete quote, garment details and artwork proof before approving production. Minimums, availability and timing are confirmed for the selected products and decoration.

Festival Merchandise questions

Can crew and volunteer shirts use different designs?

Include each design and its quantities separately. Artwork, garment availability and decoration requirements are reviewed for the complete order.

Can we print the full festival lineup?

Send the final lineup artwork for review. Legibility depends on the design, print size, garment and decoration method. Check every name before approval.

Can we add products after the first order?

Ask before relying on an additional run. Stock, artwork requirements and production availability must be checked again.

Do you offer printing at events?

Live on-site event printing is a separate service enquiry. Provide the venue, dates, expected participation and activation idea for a feasibility review.
