Delivery or collection
Orders of $300 CAD or more before tax qualify for free Canada-wide ground shipping, including Richmond. Below $300, shipping starts at $19.95; your checkout or quote confirms the charge.
Include the postal code, unit or suite number and a contact for the receiving address. For a workplace or event venue, tell us about receiving hours or delivery instructions before the shipping plan is confirmed.
Production and carrier transit are separate. Share the required arrival date so we can check suitable options; express delivery may be available for an additional charge.

Our print shop and pickup location are in Burnaby at 2345 Douglas Road. We work with Richmond customers and can arrange shipping to your Richmond address. You can send artwork and discuss your quote without visiting the shop.

We need to allow for production as well as carrier transit. Send the shirt style, quantity, artwork, Richmond postal code and required in-hand date. We will review stock, production capacity and delivery options before confirming a schedule. Express shipping and rush production are separate requests.
Let us know who will collect the order and confirm collection arrangements with our team. Pickup is at our Burnaby shop after you receive confirmation that the shirts are ready.
DTF is available from one T-shirt. Screen printing starts at 24 pieces. For a repeat order, share the previous order number if you have it so we can review the garment, artwork and print requirements.
Use the size chart for the specific shirt and send quantities by style, colour and size. The featured shirts are unisex styles. If you need youth sizes or other fits, include those requirements separately so we can review suitable garments.
Tell us the venue address, postal code, receiving contact and required arrival date. Check with the venue that it can accept your parcel and share any receiving instructions. Delivery arrangements and timing must be confirmed for the order.
