From our Burnaby studio to you

Shipping & pickup.

Choose local pickup or delivery for your completed Pressing Matters order. Production and shipping are separate stages: your order’s production schedule begins after payment and artwork approval, and transit time depends on the delivery service and destination.

Local pickup

Pick up your completed order at our Burnaby production studio:

Pressing Matters
2345 Douglas Rd
Burnaby, BC V5C 5A9

Please wait until your order is confirmed ready and check pickup hours with our team before visiting.

Ground shipping

Orders of $300 CAD or more before tax qualify for free Canada-wide ground shipping.

For orders below $300, shipping starts at $19.95. Your checkout or quote will confirm the shipping charge for your order and destination.

Transit times vary by carrier, package and delivery location.

Express shipping

Need your completed order delivered sooner? Express delivery options may be available for an additional charge.

Availability and pricing depend on your destination, package size and carrier service. Contact us before ordering if you have a firm in-hand date.

Express shipping speeds up transit; rush production is a separate option.

Plan for production and transit

Your quote will confirm production timing for your selected service. Stock availability, artwork approval, holidays and delivery location can affect the overall schedule.

Carrier delivery estimates are separate from production estimates. Please share your event date early so we can confirm suitable options.

Questions about delivery?

Send us your order details, delivery postal code and required date. We’ll help confirm pickup, ground or express options for your project.
